There is no vosone branding in the packaging, Is Vosone a brand or a Retailer ? 
Vosone is an online Retailer that sell, distribute and curates various accessories, however we are currently working with an extense list of manufactures to bring exciting new products into the market.

My Tracking number is not working, why is that ?

Please use 17track.net to track your package,, Tracking numbers get updated once the package goes through departure security checks, be sure to check back in 3-7 days.

Does Vosone offer guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you do not receive your product you can contact us directly on Facebook.   

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. this helps to reduce the time of waiting, So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accessories: Usually 18-25 labor days for all our products to the US, around 10 more for other places of the globe unless specified in the description

Due to high demand of some of our promotional products, please allow 5 weeks for delivery.

delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s). 

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.
